XQuery makes Recommendation

The XML querying language that I'm involved in implementing in Berkeley DB XML and XQilla, XQuery, is now a W3C Recommendation. Congratulations to everyone who has been involved in it's creation over the last 6 years.

Out of interest, why not compare the current specification with the very first working draft, from February 15th 2001. It's come a long way...
